Heres a unique problem. I installed a fax program on an NT4.0 Workstation.
When I am logged inas Administrator I can fax directly from my
Word Perfect program (or any other text editor). When a regular
user logs in they cannot fax. It gives a "Invalid Window Handle" message,
whatever that is. If I put that regular user in the administrator group they CAN fax.
If I put that regular user in any other group, Power Users etc., they CAN'T fax. Only the
administrators can fax. It has to do with user rights I think but Im not sure how to go
about this. Any ideas or any software suggestions. By the way the software Im using is
HotFax and the workstation is stand alone. Please help if you can.

Brian-

I have never encountered your issue, but perhaps you were logged on as Administrator and because it is a stand-alone edition it will only recognize that user. Try making another user a member of the Administrators group and see what happens. If that doesn't work try uninstalling it and reinstalling it while logged in under a specific user name; then log on with that name and see what happens. Good luck!
Bill.
